How do we install the Heal Metrics EMR Software?

The Heal Metrics EMR software application is a hosted application provided to you using the Software As a Service or SAS Model. Once you sign up or subscribe, there is no software to install and maintain at your center and all you need are a computer with web browser and internet connectivity to access and use the Software.

What types of computers and web browsers do we need to access The Heal Metrics?

The Heal Metrics EMR software application can be accessed from a Mac running Mac OS 10.4 or greater, or a PC running Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7 Operating systems with Internet Explorer version 7.0 or higher, Firefox , Safari.

Do we need to install any third party software or plug ins on our computers to use the Heal Metrics software?

The Heal Metrics EMR software requires the Microsoft SilverLight Plug in for your browser and Adobe Acrobat reader both of which are free to downloads.
